Every item is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for the wrong size being ordered. Please use the size chart on each product page before purchasing.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@stevenphillipsmd.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the shipping label where relevant).
Lost in transit
If a tracked order doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and print provider and resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
